Learn how to cook "Stuffed tomatoes with ham, egg and bread and cheese coating". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 10 small tomatoes
  • 70 grams of ham (you can use cooked meat of your choice or sausage)
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • fresh basil
  • 100 grams of bread
  • clove garlic
  • spices

Method of preparation :

Wash the tomatoes, cut off their "lids", carve the flesh inside with a spoon, and arrange the resulting cups in a fireproof dish.

Cut the ham (or meat product you have chosen) into small cubes and distribute them in the edible dishes.

Squeeze the juice from the separated flesh of the tomatoes. Grind the rest in a blender together with basil leaves to taste and a clove of garlic. Season, add the egg and beat again. Spread the mixture in the bowls on the ham.

Grind the bread (do not use the crust) in a blender, mix the crumbs with the grated yellow cheese and cover the filling with the combination.

Bake the appetizer for about half an hour in a preheated oven. It is very tasty, whether you eat it right away or serve it cold.
