How To Cook Stuffed Tomatoes With Minced Meat, Cabbage And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed tomatoes with minced meat, cabbage and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1/2 medium cabbage
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • minced spice or other suitable
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • 7 medium-sized tomatoes (maybe more, the exact number depends on their size)
  • 1 tablespoon oil to lubricate the form

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the minced meat for 5 minutes, add the onion, cook for another 5 minutes and then pour the chopped cabbage over the other products. Season and stew the mixture for 15 minutes (until ready).

Turn the tomatoes into baskets by first cutting off the top and then carving the inside using a teaspoon. Arrange them in the prepared pan and put a little of the minced meat with cabbage in each tomato. Followed by a spoonful of cream (for juiciness), yellow cheese, minced meat again, and finally a layer of yellow cheese.

Place in a cold oven, turn it to medium heat and bake the appetizer for 25 minutes.
