Cut the zucchini into thick circles and carve the inside. If the vegetables are young, you may not peel them. Add salt to the circles and fry them on both sides.
Boil the rice until ready and drain the water, and mix the grains with the minced chicken. Add garlic, salt, basil and tomato paste.
Arrange the zucchini rings in a pan and put a round meatball shaped by the minced meat in each one.
Beat the eggs together with the milk, add salt and the zucchini meatballs.
Then sprinkle with grated cheese, pre-grated, and bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
