Wash, dry and cut the zucchini in half. Carve the core with a spoon and cut it into small pieces. Add salt to the zucchini and set aside.
Fry onions in hot oil, add the chopped zucchini, add the chopped mushrooms and peppers. Season with salt, pepper and dill. Stew the mixture for 10 minutes and add the sour cream.
