Method of preparation :
Prepare a muffin pan - put paper baskets or grease, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grind 1 cup of oatmeal until powdered. Transfer them to a bowl and add the dry flavors and spices. Add half the walnuts.
In another bowl, beat the honey with the eggs, vanilla and almond milk. Pour the products to the dry ones and stir, finally add the apples and the remaining oatmeal.
Distribute the mixture between all the muffin baskets, filling 1/4 of them. Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts on top and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until done.
