Necessary products:
2 liters of water
300-400 grams of sorrel
4 medium potatoes
3 eggs
300 grams of cooked sausage
200 grams of cucumbers
1 liter of kefir or other yoghurt product with a fat content of up to 2.5%
connection green onions
connection dill
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Boil the potatoes and eggs. Pour the water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Thoroughly wash the sorrel, cut and cook for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
Dice the boiled potatoes, eggs, sausage, cucumbers, also green onions, dill, season with pepper and salt, mix with kefir.
Add the sorrel together with the broth to the resulting mixture of all the products and put the soup in the fridge to cool. You can then serve.
