The combination of seafood and red meat is not very common in Bulgaria, but this combination of flavors is very popular in Spanish cuisine.

The meat is usually beef, and the seafood is varied - crabs, lobsters, shrimps, mussels.

Here's a quick and easy way to make homemade surf and turf in just 30 minutes.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of beef fillet - cut into small pieces
  • 250 grams of cleaned shrimp
  • 2 cobs of corn - divided into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small head of red onion - cut into crescents
  • 1 lime, cut into 4 slices
  • 2 cloves garlic - cut into thin slices
  • 1 teaspoon of spice "Old bay" and fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Pepper
  • garnish for garnish
  • more lime to serve

Method of preparation :

Heat the grill.

Cut 4 pieces of foil, about 24 centimeters long each.

Divide all products between the 4 foils and season. Fold the foil over the products so that you are sure that no air enters from anywhere.

Put on the grill for 8-10 minutes on each side. When serving, sprinkle with a little parsley and add extra slices of lime.
