How To Cook Sweet Bread With Chickpeas, Pumpkin And Banana - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of boiled chickpeas
1/4 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon white flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon softened butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon boiled pumpkin
1 mashed banana

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Using a food processor, grind the cooked chickpeas together with the honey to obtain a puree.
Mix the two types of flour, add cinnamon, soda and salt.
Beat the butter with the sugar with a mixer until smooth. Add the eggs one by one, add the vanilla extract.
It is time to add the mashed chickpeas, pumpkin and banana, then slowly add the dry mixture, kneading the dough.
Pour it into a suitable form, greased with oil, and bake the bread in a preheated oven for 65-75 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
If desired, you can sprinkle with crushed walnuts before baking.
