Required products :
550 grams of flour
280 grams of butter
200 grams of sugar
480 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 egg
pinch of salt
Preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add flour and salt. Leave the dough for about an hour in a warm place to rise. It should be soft.
Remove the oil from the refrigerator.
Roll out the risen dough on a board sprinkled with flour.
When the butter softens, spread it evenly on the surface of the dough and sprinkle the sugar on top.
Fold the dough 4 times and leave for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this procedure with rolling and folding a total of 4 times, letting the dough rest for 10 minutes before the next rolling.
Grease a suitable form with oil or cover the bottom with baking paper and spread the dough in the bowl. Let stand 20 minutes, during which time preheat the oven to 200-220 degrees.
To obtain a caramel crust, before placing in the oven, spray the surface with 1 tablespoon of melted butter mixed with 50 grams of sugar.

Bake for 25 minutes.
