How To Cook Sweet Cake With Milk-egg Cream And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Sweet cake with milk-egg cream and powdered sugar". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1/2 teaspoon dry fast-acting yeast
3 teaspoons wheat flour
200 grams butter
1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons milk
2 eggs
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons potato starch
powdered sugar to taste
vanilla sugar to taste

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in 1 tea cup of warm milk, put 1 egg, a pinch of salt and knead an elastic soft dough, adding the flour. Divide in half and roll out. Spread with melted butter (also divide it into two equal parts). From the two layers form tight rolls, which roll up like "snails". Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.

During this time, make the cream. Mix a cup of sugar with the starch and the second egg. Stir until you get a thick white mass, which you dilute with the other two glasses of warm milk. Put the combination on low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When the cream thickens, remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out to a thickness of 3 centimeters, with one layer slightly larger in diameter than the other.
Put the smaller one on the bottom of a tray covered with parchment and spread the finished cream. Flatten it and close the loaf with the other wider layer of dough. Bend the edges, overlapping them under the base and with the help of a fork pierce the surface in several places.

Bake the bread at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden (about 30 minutes). When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
