Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 450 grams of white flour
  • half a cube of live yeast
  • 200 milliliters of warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

 

for the filling

 

  • 500 grams of cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 140 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 70 grams of raisins
  • 1 egg to break
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl and activate the yeast in the warm milk. Add the sugar, salt and in a separate bowl beat the eggs with olive oil. Combine the liquid ingredients and pour over the flour. Stir with a spatula and knead a soft dough.

Let it rise. Meanwhile, crush the cheese, add the egg, sugar, vanilla, salt and lemon juice to a bowl. Beat with a mixer until the products are mixed, add the raisins and stir. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll out squares and put the filling in the middle of each.

Twist the ends two by two and glue them together with the help of the beaten egg. Do everything this way, arrange in a parchment-lined tray and glaze. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes, cool and arrange on a tray. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
