Required products :

1 kg of cottage cheese
250 grams of sour cream or yogurt
4 eggs
1/2 tea cup of semolina
1 tea cup of sugar (incomplete)
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150-200 grams of raisins a
few drops of orange or lemon essence
instead of essence you can use grated citrus peel or juice of the corresponding fruit

For the glaze:
50 grams of dark chocolate
50 grams of butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preparation :
Put the curd in a suitable bowl, add the cream (or milk), then eggs, semolina and sugar. Add the baking powder, vanilla sugar and your favorite flavor. Beat all the products well with a mixer. You should get a homogeneous mixture, which you pour into a form, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil (or butter) and sprinkled with semolina.
Bake the dessert in a preheated form to 180 degrees for an hour (maybe a little more, the time depends on your oven).
Check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. Allow the casserole to cool and start making the glaze.
Mix the chocolate with the butter in a bowl, add the cocoa and melt everything in a water bath or directly on the hot plate, stirring constantly until the consistency is uniform.
Pour the warm glaze over the dessert and wait for it to cool.
When this happens, you can serve.
Enjoy your meal!
