50-70 grams dried apricots
50-70 grams pitted prunes
4-5 apples
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4-5 tablespoons sugar
50 grams of butter

Preparation :
Wash the rice and boil it in a large amount of sweetened water, then drain it and allow the grains to cool slightly.
Wash the pumpkin, cut off the top (lid with the handle), clean the inside of the seeds with a spoon.
Place the raisins, dried apricots and prunes on two layers of foil. On them - a piece of butter (about 20 grams) and wrap everything, forming a "bag".

Wash the apples, clean the core with the seeds and cut them into small cubes.
Mix in a bowl the rice, apples, both types of sugar, cinnamon and the remaining butter. Fill the pumpkin with the resulting combination and close it with the "bag" of dried fruit.
Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 hours. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Be careful not to soften too much, it must retain its shape.
When the pumpkin is baked, cut it vertically, starting from top to bottom so that the pieces are about 1.5-2 cm wide.
This way you will serve the dish in an interesting and original way, you will get a delicious flower.
Untie the "bag" with the dried fruit and pour it over the rice.
Enjoy your meal!
