Required products :

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into roses
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 25 grams of sliced ​​almonds, roasted
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 200 grams of feta cheese, crushed
  • 110 grams of pomegranate seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of mint, chopped + more for garnish

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Blend the cauliflower roses until fine and season with allspice, cumin and olive oil.
