Tacos with breaded and baked white fish, Tzatziki sauce and vegetables. This wonderful combination is an explosion of pleasant flavors and will definitely satisfy you.

Necessary products:

for fish:

  • 350 grams of boneless white fish fillet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon universal flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup punk breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • olive oil for spreading

for taxis:

  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3 cups white cabbage, chopped
  • fresh dill
  • 8 small tortillas, warmed
  • 8 lemon slices, for serving
  • Tzatziki sauce

Method of preparation:

Make Tzatziki sauce.

Season the fish with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and cut into 8 pieces.

Pour the flour into a plate. Stir the egg lightly in a shallow bowl. In another plate, season the panko breadcrumbs with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, garlic powder and oregano.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place baking paper on the bottom of the pan.

Roll the pieces of fish in the flour and shake off the excess, dip in the bowl with the egg and then in the plate with the breadcrumbs. Coat the pieces of fish on both sides with olive oil and arrange in the pan.

 

Cook for 5-6 minutes, then turn the pieces of fish and bake for another 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.

Put the tortilla in a serving dish and garnish with 1/4 cup of cabbage, top with a piece of fish, Tzatziki sauce, diced tomatoes and red onion. Season with freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh dill.
