Required products :
1 - 1.5 teaspoons of flour
0.5 teaspoon butter
1/4 tea cup ground porridge
4 tablespoons sugar
For the stuffing:
2 teaspoons fresh milk
2 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 ripe bananas
Method of preparation :
Mix the flour, sugar and nuts in a bowl. Make a recess in the middle and put the butter in cubes there. Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands (if necessary, use more flour). Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. Meanwhile, make the filling.
Beat the yolks and sugar at high speed until you get a fluffy air cream. Add honey and milk, butter and flour. Stir well and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a uniform smooth cream is formed. Add the bananas, cut into pieces and cook for 3 minutes. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap using a rolling pin. It remains to distribute it in suitable molds and bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
When the base is ready, remove from the oven and pour the honey cream with bananas.
The tartlets are ready.
