Learn how to cook "Ten Foods You Can't Imagine Freezing - Part 1". Delicious recipe.

Not all foods are usable after freezing. We suggest you see ten that you could hardly have imagined that you could store in the freezer and then be suitable for use in the preparation of various dishes.

Eggs

Stored in the refrigerator, the eggs are durable for several weeks. However, if you put them in the freezer, they will be usable for up to half a year. When their last days are approaching, just break them in a bowl, add salt, distribute in ice cube trays or pour into a suitable container and freeze.

Cheese

The dairy product is frozen grated. So you will always have on hand an addition to omelets, pizzas and hot sandwiches. Solid species can be crushed after thawing, but this will not make them less tasty. Before storing in the freezer, place the cheese in a bag protected from air and moisture.

Green spices

You have probably already frozen these, but now we suggest you cut them into small pieces, distribute them in ice cube trays and fill them with olive oil. Freeze them and you will have a fragrant ice block ready for each dish.

Fresh mushrooms

Can you freeze mushrooms and preserve their unique taste and aroma? The answer is "Yes, if you do it right." First clean them with a knife, a dry or slightly damp cloth, then arrange them on a flat surface and put them in the freezer without boiling them. When they are frozen, take them out, put them in a plastic bag and put them back in the cold.

Butter

It is hardly the first time you have heard that butter can be frozen, but you may not know that it can be stored for up to 3 months. It is important to cut it into pieces, which you put in a plastic bag or foil and then place in the freezer.
