Method of preparation:
Cut the meat, season with salt, pepper and cumin. Heat butter, roll the pork in flour and fry it. Drain, place in a pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Fry the onion, add the lyutenitsa, the wine, the bay leaves and let the mixture simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
When the meat is ready, pour portions and garnish with sauce. Serve and eat with appetite!
