How To Cook Tofu In A Honey Marinade With Soy Sauce And Sun-dried Tomatoes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Tofu in honey marinade with soy sauce and sun-dried tomatoes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

250 grams of mermaid tofu

For the marinade:
100 milliliters of olive oil
1.5 tablespoons liquid honey
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon dried herbs of your choice
1 dried tomato
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 lemon (juice only)

 

Preparation :
Finely chop the dried tomatoes and garlic.


Mix them with all other marinade products.


Cut the cheese into pieces about 1 cm thick.


Then take a suitable container, pour 1 tablespoon of marinade, arrange a layer of cheese and pour aromatic liquid. Continue alternating in the same sequence until the products are exhausted.


Close the container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for several hours.


You can serve it as a side dish to salads, make sandwiches or just eat it.
