Required products :

120 milliliters of warm water
3.5 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
10 grams of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
700 grams of wheat flour
200 milliliters of tomato juice or puree
100-150 grams of olives

Method of preparation :

Pour warm water into a bowl, add olive oil, yeast and sugar. Stir until bubbles appear.

In a separate bowl, pour the flour, add salt, yeast and tomato paste / juice. Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands. You may need to use a little water, but consider the tray during cooking. The dough should be soft but not sticky. If it sticks to your hands, add more flour.

Sprinkle flour on the kitchen counter and place the dough on it. To the latter add the olives that you have previously cut into pieces. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. During this time, the volume will double, then knead once more.

Grease with olive oil a suitable form, sprinkle it with flour and then put the dough in it. Cover with a towel and let stand for about 20 minutes to rise again.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
