How To Cook Tomato Marinade For Meat With Pineapple And Chili - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 140 grams of canned pineapple
  • 1 small chili pepper (or 1/3 teaspoon ground hot pepper)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Make cross-cuts on the surface of the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for 20-30 seconds, then immerse for 1-2 minutes in cold. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 4 pieces.

Clean the pepper from the seeds. Mix all products and grind with a blender to obtain a puree.

You can now marinate the meat.
