How To Cook Tomato Sauce And Sarma Cream (suitable For Freezing) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Tomato sauce and sarma cream (suitable for freezing)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 150 grams of onions
  • 120 grams of carrots
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste (topped)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • 250 grams of sour cream
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • dill and / or dill to taste and optional
  • chili pepper (optional)

Method of preparation :

Cut the onion at random (into semicircles, cubes, quarters ...) and fry it in oil over low heat. Add the grated carrots, and two minutes later add the tomato puree. Let everything cook for about a minute and then add the cream.

Finally, season the sauce, using fresh dill or parsley, which will give a pleasant taste accent to the finished product. Add the chili peppers.

Pour the water, not necessarily using exactly the amount indicated, but use as much as necessary to get a sauce of your preferred density.

Boil the mixture for 2 minutes after boiling (over low heat). In case you are going to pour ready-made sarmi with it, the cooking should last 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chili peppers and cool the sauce to room temperature. Pour it into a suitable container for freezing, close with a lid and wrap in a plastic bag (or stretch film).

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then store in the freezer where stored until needed.

Enjoy your meal!
