Learn how to cook "Tomato soup with onions and yellow cheese in a bread bowl (in the oven)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 round loaves

For the soup:

  • 400 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 3 tablespoons canned peas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • dried parsley to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Method of preparation :

Cut the fresh tomatoes into small cubes and fry them in olive oil together with the chopped onion for 5-7 minutes on high heat.

Mix the porridge with the canned tomatoes, pour 100 milliliters of water and put on low heat, add salt and add the dried parsley.

To remove the sour taste of the soup due to tomatoes, add a tablespoon of sugar.

Then put the chopped pepper, peas, cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and allow the soup to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, prepare the bread bowls.

First cut off the top of the loaves, then remove the inside, leaving only the crust. Dry them in the oven, rub their walls (inside) with garlic and carefully fill them with soup.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese, close with the lids that you cut earlier, and place in the oven (preheated to 180-200 degrees) for 15 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
