The soup season has come! Once we are frozen, there is nothing better than a delicious hot soup, seasoned and a little spicy, if we like. But the soup does not have to have meat, nor does it have to take a long time and require a lot of products to make. Here is an option with tomatoes and vegetables.

Required products :

  • 1 liter of hot vegetable broth
  • 400 grams of chopped canned tomatoes
  • 100 grams of noodles (or thin spaghetti, broken)
  • 350 grams of mixed frozen vegetables - peas, carrots and corn
  • 4 tablespoons pesto
  • olive oil for watering
  • grated parmesan for serving, optional

Method of preparation :

Put the tomatoes and spaghetti in the boiling broth and after 6-7 minutes add the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is warm.

Serve the soup and pour olive oil over it, put a little pesto in each portion and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
