Ingredients :
1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon chopped peppers
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • 800 grams of canned chopped tomatoes
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 11/2 tea cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil or marjoram
  • 1 packet of ravioli with cheese (between 150 and 250 grams)
  • 2 tea cups diced zucchini

Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Fry onions and peppers until soft. Add the garlic and stir. Put the canned tomatoes, broth, water and basil after the soup boils, add the ravioli and cook for 3 minutes. Finally, add the zucchini and bring to a boil again. When the vegetables soften - about 4-5 minutes later, you can season with salt and pepper and serve the soup.
