Required products :

  • 1 kg of tomatoes with a thick flesh
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar (3%)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Cut off the top of the washed and dried tomatoes, carefully remove the juicy inside and add salt.

Boil the eggs hard, peel them, separate 1/3 of the yolks, and chop everything else finely. Add salt, chopped parsley, stir and fill this mixture with tomatoes.

Mix the mustard with the yolks that you separated. Pour the oil, vinegar, season with salt and sugar, stir.

Distribute this combination in the vegetable bowls and serve.
