How To Cook Tricolor Bread With Butter And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 1 cube of live yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250-300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • half a bunch of spinach
  • 150 grams of dried tomatoes
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 egg yolk to spread

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare 3 bowls. In the first sift the flour, add salt, sugar and stir. Beat the eggs, pour in the olive oil and mix. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the yogurt and combine the products. Mix and divide the sticky dough into three parts.

Knead the first one only with flour and set aside. Put the spinach in the bowl of a blender, pour 2-3 drops of olive oil and puree until thick. In the same way, grind the dried tomatoes and knead two separate color doughs. Wait for them to rise and tear them into pieces.

Roll each, put a piece of yellow cheese and form balls. Arrange them in a parchment-lined tray, glaze with egg yolk and leave the pie to rise. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until done. Break it up and serve warm, garnished with spices of your choice.
