Required products :

400 grams of milk chocolate
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of white chocolate

Method of preparation :

Cut the three types of chocolate into small pieces without mixing them.

Put each in a separate bowl and melt either in a water bath or in the microwave (being careful not to overheat, because in this case hard chocolate particles are formed).

Line 3-4 large baking trays with parchment paper. Put 2 teaspoons of milk chocolate in a pile to make a hill about 5 centimeters high. Make several such piles to fill the trays. You should put one teaspoon of dark and white chocolate and with a stick to lightly mix the three types of chocolate, the purpose being to keep them in stripes, not to combine them completely.

Gently tap the tray on the hob to remove any bubbles that may have formed in the chocolate chip cookies.

Allow the chocolate to cool in a cooler room, not in the refrigerator. Once hardened after about 1-2 hours, you can store them in a tightly closed box in a cool place for up to 1 week.
