How To Cook Vanilla Sweets With Lemon And Dulce De Leche - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of soft butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 325 grams of flour
  • 1 cup of dulce de leche

Method of preparation :

Using an electric mixer, beat the soft butter and sugar until creamy and airy. Add the egg yolk, vanilla and finely grate the lemon zest to the mixture. Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Knead a soft dough, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and transfer the dough over it. Roll it to a thickness of 5 millimeters. Cut 40 round cakes. Spread in pans and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees in a preheated oven until slightly discolored and pink. Be careful not to overcook them!

Cool completely on a wire rack.

Spread half of the cookies with dulce de leche and stick.
