How To Cook Veal With Beans In Tomato Sauce With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

300 milliliters of tomato juice

200 grams of cooked beans

250 - 300 grams of beef

1 medium carrot

1 red sweet pepper

2 onions

1 teaspoon paprika

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon oil

salt to taste

a pinch of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the beans, drain the water. Wash the vegetables, onions, peppers and carrots cut into cubes (their approximate size should be the size of the beans). Fry them in oil for 10 minutes, stirring (add the garlic).

Wash the meat, dry it with paper and cut it into small cubes. Add it to the pan with the vegetables and fry everything for another 10 minutes.

Dissolve a pinch of sugar, red pepper and salt in the tomato juice, stir. Pour over the meat and vegetables, close the pan with a lid and place on the stove. Let simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Finally add the beans, add other spices of your choice if desired and leave on the stove for about 5 minutes.

You can add more salt and sugar if you see fit.
