How To Cook Veal With Pumpkin, Aromatic Spices And Rice - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of veal, cut into pieces
  • 1 and 1/2 onion
  • 400 grams of diced pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 400 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 50 grams of roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup tea and half a rice
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour coconut milk into a saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of water and rice. Boil, drain the water and cool. Distribute in a bowl so that the middle remains empty.

In a pan, fry the beef, onion and add curry powder, sugar, chili, peanuts, cinnamon, honey and nutmeg. Stir and remove the cinnamon sticks. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour 100 milliliters of water, add the pumpkin cubes and stew the mixture for 40 minutes. When ready, spread the meat mixture around the rice, serve and enjoy the aroma and taste!
