Necessary products:

 

  • 30 grams of coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 grams of dried blackcurrants
  • 100 grams of raw almonds

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the almond flour in a bowl and add the baking powder, salt and honey. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture along with the vanilla extract. Stir and make a dough.

Cut circles using a cup or ring, arrange them in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment.

Decorate the biscuits with blackcurrants and almonds, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
