How To Cook Vegan Brownies With Tahini And Sweet Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2/3 tea cup mashed boiled sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 teaspoon sesame tahini
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed soaked in 5 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (extract)
  • 3/4 tea cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut flour
  • 1/4 tea cup of natural cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Line with paper in a small square pan and grease it with coconut oil. Turn the oven to heat to 175 degrees.

Using a mixer or food processor, mix the eggs, tahini and coconut sugar. Add the soaked flaxseed, vanilla and mix well.

Add the flour and other dry products in a row.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Check with a stick if the brownie is ready.

Cool the cake completely before cutting it - it will not become smooth.

You can store the dessert for up to 1 week in the refrigerator, or freeze it in a zippered bag for up to 3 months.
