Line with paper in a small square pan and grease it with coconut oil. Turn the oven to heat to 175 degrees.
Using a mixer or food processor, mix the eggs, tahini and coconut sugar. Add the soaked flaxseed, vanilla and mix well.
Add the flour and other dry products in a row.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Check with a stick if the brownie is ready.
Cool the cake completely before cutting it - it will not become smooth.
You can store the dessert for up to 1 week in the refrigerator, or freeze it in a zippered bag for up to 3 months.
