First, boil the quinoa in 1 teaspoon of water for 5 minutes on the stove.
Then add the soy milk, stir and reduce the temperature to medium. Boil for 5-7 minutes until the liquid is almost completely absorbed and the beans are boiled (if you consider, add a little more liquid - water or milk if desired).
Add cocoa, maple syrup and banana slices to the cooked quinoa.
Serve by salting with a little sea salt, which will help to "reveal" more flavors.
