To prepare the tart base:
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup roasted cocoa beans
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons water (if needed)
To prepare the tart filling:
  • 1 cup brown sugar (or date sugar)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid
  • 2 medium avocados
To garnish a vegan tart:
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped (or other nuts)

How to make chocolate tart:

  • Cover the bottom of the tray with parchment paper.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the base and blend until a sticky mixture is obtained. If necessary, add a little water. Spread the resulting mixture in the pan and press with your fingers on the bottom to form a crust, cool in the refrigerator.
  • Blend all the ingredients for the filling until smooth, then spread it on the base and cool for at least 30 minutes.
  • Garnish the chocolate tart with fresh raspberries, strawberries and hazelnuts, cut into pieces and serve.
