If for one reason or another you avoid animal products, or just want to try something new and different, then this recipe is just for you. There is no person who does not love kisses, so see how you can prepare them without using any animal products and so please even your most critical and strict vegan friends!

Required products :

  • 3/4 cup aquafaba (canned water with chickpeas)
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream tartar
  • 3/4 tea cup powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 95 degrees and prepare two trays lined with baking paper or silicone pad.

In the bowl of the mixer, mix the chickpea, lemon and rose water. Beat with a mixer until you get a very fluffy consistency, depending on the speed of the mixer and the products may take 10 to 30 minutes.

Increase to maximum and gradually add powdered sugar until you get hard peaks for 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a bag or bag with the top of one corner cut off.

Squirt small kisses in the trays. Bake in a preheated oven until the cakes harden, about an hour, an hour and a half. When they are ready, turn off the oven and leave the kisses inside until completely cooled.
