Required products :

  • 330 grams of self-swelling flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 450 milliliters of unsweetened soy milk
  • 150 milliliters of warm water
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 50 milliliters of oil

Method of preparation :

Soak chia seeds in water for 5 minutes.

Add the baking powder, soy milk, soaked cumin and water to the flour, add salt and grind in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Turn the oven to 220 degrees.
