How To Cook Vegetable Baklava With Garlic, Green Onions And Milk Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

bunch green onions a
few cloves of garlic (to your taste)
4 zucchini
teaspoon ground cumin
400 grams of peeled
200 grams of cheese (can feta)
tea cup of natural yogurt
olive
salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, black pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the zucchini coarsely and drain the liquid. Add the finely chopped green onions, garlic, grated cheese and season the mixture. Stir.

Grease a pan with olive oil and arrange a few fine crusts. Spread some of the stuffing on them, again peel, stuffing and so on until the products run out.

Finish with a dough that you spread with olive oil.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven (the required time is between 30 and 45 minutes depending on whether the zucchini are older or not).

In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with the cayenne pepper and mint. Stir and spread this sauce on the interesting vegetable baklava when it cools down.
