Decorate a wooden board with a rich appetizer of salmon, eggs, pickles and vegetables for your holiday. Use a variety of varieties of tomatoes with different colors for an even more beautiful presentation. Feel free to add extra vegetables and products as desired.

* Skin is an Icelandic skim milk product with a high protein content. Sold in large chain stores. It can be replaced with plain yogurt.
Put in a small bowl of cream frayche or skir and place on a large wooden board. Arrange pickles, salmon, rye crackers, cucumber, tomatoes, boiled eggs, capers and lemon slices on a plate. Season the eggs with sea salt and pepper. Serve the vegetable platter.
