How To Cook Vegetable Stew In The Oven In Tomato Sauce With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

2 potatoes

1 - 2 carrots

1 - 2 onions

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon sugar

1 bunch parsley

2 stalks of celery

1 pepper

150 grams of mushrooms

2 tablespoons tomato paste

500 milliliters of water

salt and spices to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons flour

 

Method of preparation :

Peel, wash and finely chop the onion, fry it in olive oil. Wash the mushrooms, cut them and add them to the onion. Season with salt, spices of your choice and let everything fry for 6-8 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces or cubes. Put a row of them on the bottom of a suitable container (you can use a casserole or casserole). Spread a layer of carrots, cut into circles, on top of the potatoes, followed by the mushroom mixture, chopped peppers and celery.

In a separate bowl, make a sauce from the water, tomato paste and flour. Add the crushed garlic, sugar and pour the resulting mixture over the vegetables.

Put the ragout in the oven and let it cook at 180 degrees for about an hour. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
