How To Cook Vine Leaves With Chopped Lamb, Rice And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of lamb
50 vine leaves
4 onions
1 teaspoon rice
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste
green spices of your choice and taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat well, clean it of the tendons and chop finely. Add to it the half-cooked rice, the chopped onion, garlic, green spices of your choice, the butter and add salt and ground black pepper.

Wash the vine leaves, put them in a saucepan and pour boiling water. After 3-5 minutes, remove.

Form sarmi in the standard way, which you arrange in a pot, the bottom of which you have covered with vine leaves. Pour hot water, it should reach the middle of the sarma. Allow the dish to simmer until ready. If necessary, add more water (pre-salted).

Serve the sarma with sour cream and lemon.
