2 teaspoons boiled rice

2 cloves garlic

connection mint

connection dill

1 cup walnuts

juice of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon oil

salt and pepper to taste

vine leaves

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion, garlic, dill and mint. Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil and lightly fry the onion and garlic. Then add the rice, lemon juice, mint, dill, ground walnuts, salt and pepper. Stir until all the liquid is absorbed and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, prepare the vine leaves. Wash them and scald for 5 minutes with boiling water, drain with a colander. Make the sauerkraut in the standard way, placing the stuffing in the leaves and wrapping them like candy. At the bottom of the dish (thick bottom) that you will use, put the leaves and then tightly arrange the sarma next to each other. Make 2 - 3 layers. Put the remaining oil, pour 1 cup of water and cover with a plate, turning it upside down. Place on the stove and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
