The recently popular chocolate waffles have already become a classic. There is no person who does not like the combination of delicious chocolate waffles with more of your favorite cocoa product along with fruit and ice cream.

Required products :

  • 75 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk + 1 tbsp
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons oil
  • 40 grams of dark chocolate, broken
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons ice cream
  • 50 grams of raspberries

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder.

Mix the milk with the eggs and 2 teaspoons of oil. Carefully pour over the flour, stirring constantly. You can prepare the dough two hours before baking, keeping it at room temperature, and if you wish, you can put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more.

Turn on the waffle iron to heat up.

Grease it with oil and put half of the dough in it. Cook for about 3 minutes, and make sure the waffles are ready. If it is baked, it will come off completely easily and you can open the appliance without any problems. If resistance is felt, wait another minute.

If you do not have a waffle iron, you can bake the waffles on a grill pan.

To melt the chocolate, heat the cream and add 1 tablespoon of milk to it. When it boils, pour over the pieces of chocolate, wait a while and stir.

Serve the waffles with liquid chocolate, raspberries and ice cream.
