How To Cook Walnut Cake With Condensed Milk, Raisins And Milk Cream - Recipe

Required products :

100 milliliters of fresh milk
50 grams of raisins
4 eggs
1 box of condensed milk (380 grams
1 teaspoon coarsely chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

 

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with 1/3 of the condensed milk and sugar. Beat (use a mixer) and add the flour with the baking powder. Make a dough in which you pour half of the coarsely chopped walnuts and raisins.

Distribute it evenly in a form and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes (at 180 degrees).

Mix the remaining condensed milk with the fresh milk and heat. Make the consistency uniform.

The finished cake should be cooled in the form and then pour it with milk cream. Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts on the surface and let stand for several hours before serving.
