Necessary products:

 

  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1/4 tea cup warm water
  • 100 grams of crystal white sugar
  • 80 grams of soft butter
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 80 grams of soft butter
  • 5 grams of cinnamon
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • 100 grams of walnuts

 

for the glaze

 

  • 100 grams of powder
  • 20 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the flour with the salt and yeast. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the butter, pour in the milk, water and mix until smooth. Combine the mixtures and make a soft dough. After rising, roll out a rectangular crust and make the filling by mixing the sugar with the butter, cinnamon and vanilla.

 

Spread the dough with the resulting mixture and garnish with walnuts.

 

Twist the edges, cut lengthwise and twist them as shown in the photos. Arrange the rolls in a tray lined with parchment paper, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until done.

 

Allow the cakes to cool, during which time make the glaze. Mix the powdered sugar with the butter, milk, vanilla and salt. Mix until homogeneous and pour the mixture into a pouch.

 

Decorate the rolls, arrange and submit.
