Boil the potatoes whole and unpeeled. Bake the garlic head in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes, before cutting off the top, place on a piece of foil, pour a spoonful of water and wrap tightly with foil.
Peel the olives, cut into 2-3 parts. Mayonnaise and cream should be at room temperature.
Do not overcook the potatoes, let them remain firm enough. When cool, peel and cut into cubes measuring about 2 centimeters.
Once the garlic is ready, wait 5 - 10 minutes to cool and unroll the foil. Remove the cloves (if baked well, this is easy), "squeezing" (like toothpaste).
Mix the mayonnaise, cream and garlic. Pour over the sliced salted potatoes, put the olives and the salad is ready.
