How To Cook Warm Potato Salad With Roasted Garlic And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of potatoes
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • olives on request and to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes whole and unpeeled. Bake the garlic head in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes, before cutting off the top, place on a piece of foil, pour a spoonful of water and wrap tightly with foil.

 

Peel the olives, cut into 2-3 parts. Mayonnaise and cream should be at room temperature.

Do not overcook the potatoes, let them remain firm enough. When cool, peel and cut into cubes measuring about 2 centimeters.

Once the garlic is ready, wait 5 - 10 minutes to cool and unroll the foil. Remove the cloves (if baked well, this is easy), "squeezing" (like toothpaste).

 

Mix the mayonnaise, cream and garlic. Pour over the sliced ​​salted potatoes, put the olives and the salad is ready.
