How To Cook Warm Rye Bread Sandwich With Beef Meatballs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Warm rye bread sandwich with beef meatballs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 75 grams of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • salt, pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese (you can use yellow cheese)
  • 8 slices of rye bread

 

Method of preparation :

Cut onions into thin semicircles, fry in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat (until soft).

Season the minced meat with sauce, salt, pepper and knead. Form round meatballs (like a hamburger) and bake them on both sides until a crust forms.

In the remaining oil, lightly fry the slices. Put four pieces of yellow cheese on top, followed by meatballs, onions, yellow cheese again and close the sandwiches with the remaining slices.

Fry them until golden on both sides and cut in half while still hot.
