Necessary products:
For swamps:
250 g of wheat flour
2 eggs
330 g condensed milk with sugar
1/3 tsp baking powder
For the syrup:
2 lemons
7 - 8 tablespoons sugar
150 ml of water
Method of preparation:
Mix all the products (except those for the syrup) and make a dough. Put it in a greased form and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Make syrup. Pour boiling water over the lemons for 5 minutes, then cut in half and squeeze the juice. Mix it with water and sugar and stir until the latter dissolves.
Pour 1/2 of the syrup over the prepared loaf and leave to cool. Then turn back, place in a shallow suitable container and syrup with the remaining syrup. Cover the cake with a lid and leave for 12 hours to soak. You can decorate with lemon slices.
