Required products :
1 teaspoon wheat
300 grams cabbage
1 carrot
1 onion
150 grams mushrooms
100 milliliters of oil or other vegetable fat of your choice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Method of preparation :
Fill the wheat with water and let it stand overnight. The next day, boil for 15 minutes and start making the vegetable mixture.
Cut the onion into small pieces, stew it until golden. Add the carrots.
Followed by chopped cabbage and tomato paste.
Let everything simmer for a while.
Then mix with the cooked wheat.
Cut the mushrooms and fry separately.
Transfer the finished porridge to a suitable container and spread the mushrooms on its surface.
You are ready to serve the dish.
