Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of pork ribs
  • 200 grams of mushrooms of your choice
  • 1 head of old onion, finely chopped
  • 2 peeled carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped celery with chervil leaves
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 3 teaspoons broth
  • 1 and 1/4 tea cups of wheat
  • salt, pepper
  • fresh parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon butter

 

Method of preparation:


Boil the wheat, drain and set aside. Wash, dry and season the meat with salt and pepper. Bake until done, cool and debone.

 

Fry in butter onions, carrots, mushrooms and meat. Season with celery, chervil, garlic, bay leaves and parsley.

 

Pour the broth and add the wheat. Cook over low heat for an hour, sprinkle portions and serve the soup warm, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
